I'm the Chief of Staff at Leading Point. I lead the HR, Talent and Operational functions of the business. I love that no two days are the same and my role is extremely varied.

I have a background in recruitment and previous experience in the advertising industry, bringing an 'outside' perspective to financial services.

Outside of work, I like to spend time on the beach, practice yoga, run (or try to) and go to the pub. I'm also attempting to learn Spanish...Spanish speakers are very  welcome here!
