I'm the Marketing & Communications Executive here at Leading Point. I handle all things social media, from LinkedIn to Instagram, to our Medium blog. Copywriting and research are a big part of my day, which I love, as it means everything we put out is genuine and reliable. It also allows me to flex my organisational skills and really pay attention to the little details, the details that marketing teams often think consumers overlook. My day-to-day tasks have taught me that this couldn't be further from the truth and that the specificities are really what relates to people.
Before joining Leading Point, I worked in eye-opening customer service-based roles, where I learnt a lot about consumer needs. I then undertook several digital marketing positions during, and upon graduating from the University of Kent in Cultural studies and Media.
In terms of hobbies, as cliche as it sounds, I try to keep fit at the gym and I appreciate catching up with the latest TV and film, so much so that I write reviews for an online magazine. I also used to manage and create content for a meme account, which was interesting, to say the least.
